My project this week for swissgirlgirlDesigns is this simple layout about my life right now. I used a sentiment (‘adventure is out there’) and the butterfly from the Cars and Balloons stamp set. The hearts were cut on my Silhouette and I really dig that skinny, flimsy diecut look. I added some machine stitching and mist splatters to bring the background into play a bit more. I just love that background paper and it doesn’t need much dressing up. It’s from the October Studio Calico main kit ‘Roller Rink’ – that isn’t sold out yet!
